Interconnectedness is the essence of my art.

I feel alive when sensing oneness at a deeper level of consciousness. Creating art is a way of express this experience. 

​My abstract imagery varies in style from spacious atmospheric work that hints of a landscape, to work that has more bold and defined shapes and lines. I practice drawing, painting, and photography, occasionally mixing them together. The cornerstone of my process is cultivating a state of presence. This allows me to observe and follow my instincts to better capture the feelings I am attempting to convey.

My work is a product of my experience within the world of systems network technology as well as my considerable years of practicing meditation and mindfulness. Though these very separate worlds I have learned to see the big picture instead of seeing parts. Everything depends upon something else. 
​Many years of classical ballet classes opens up the conversation for movement in my art. I deeply enjoy the physicality that's involved in the creation of my larger paintings.

My art has been presented in solo and group exhibits in North Carolina, New York, and is held in various private collections internationally. I have also developed a workshop called “Creative Revival” where I taught participants how to access inner stillness and unleash their creative energy.
